  They installed a fireplace mantel for us, all from a picture that we provided. It looks awesome!! I have a lakefront that they're going to do next!

  I am shocked how this company stays in business. Mike, one of the owners, I dealt with when replacing my current stone cooktop, comes across as very professional and eager to do business with you. The only problem is once you give him a deposit, his professionalism disappears. The installation took twice as long as promised and calls were delayed being retuned. Once the cooktop stone was installed, there was a few imperfections that needed to be addressed. I called Mike and sent him pictures of the stone showing the unpainted areas needing attention I also paid for the stone to be sealed ($850.00) and it was not done. The finish is already starting to stain, which Mike guaranteed would not happen.I had a tile company confirm the stone was indeed not sealed. It has been over four weeks since my conversation with Mike, so I visited the showroom to pick up the paint required to do the job myself. While there picking up trim and paint the other owner was in the office next to where I was standing talking to the staff, he could clearly hear what I was saying but didn't come out to discuss the issue. When I communicated my frustrations to the staff, they agreed the company has issues with customer service. I doubt this company will last, thankfully so no one else has to deal with the poor customer service. The staff also let me know most of the reviews posted on this web are from friends and staff....how sad is that.
